Went to Hutches today for fish and chips. Got the large and to say the least the fish was overcooked. There was hardly any fish in all that batter and you needed a chainsaw to cut it. Terrible food. The french fries were good. Definitely not going back there.
We had Hutches on the Beach yesterday for Good Friday and I recommend 10/10! With it being their busiest day of the year we still got our food hot and fresh, it was delicious and reasonably priced for 3 adults to each have a meal and be stuffed afterwards. The restaurant was clean and tidy and wow the employees are such hard workers! Krystle served us and she was very kind and pleasant to talk to, she was fast and efficient at doing her tasks. The cost of the large fish and chips was $18, and the single piece of fish provided was notably small, approximately the length of a fork. Additionally, a significant portion of the batter appeared to be overcooked. We are dissatisfied with this experience, Hutches.
