Went to the mall yesterday just got Arby’s. I was very dissatisfied with the service and the quality of the food. First of all the cashier was to busy talking to another employee to serve me. Once he finally did, I got my food and my fries were cold. I took them back to the counter and he put them in the microwave after arguing with me that the cheese doesn’t melt because the gravy isn’t always that hot. Then he gave them back to me. Well microwaving fries makes them soggy and gross so once again I took them back. The guy then argued some more with me when I told him I wanted a new order. He then had someone melt the cheese in the microwave again and then poured it on my fries. Well the cheese was hard after being melted. I was thoroughly disgusted with this trip in and I will not go back. I heard they have new owners and the quality has dropped significantly. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this store.
