The Girl working closing shift on Fri Dec 1 was kind enough to accomodate my milkshake order at 9:56 P.M (upon a bit of insistence). She seemed visibly stressed as a flurry of customers 5, 6 of us walked in in the last minutes.Kudos to the girl for being quick and accomodating all the customers.
Love ice cream and want a decent and delicious experience for a reasonable amount then here you are! If you're like me and love the higher end aesthetically pleasing and cute ice cream shops then this is not that. It's simply baskin robins they have some variety and really good ice cream. The rainbow sorbet is really sour and sweet along with the mango sorbet both delicious! You get good ice cream for a higher price then store bought ice cream but reasonable. Customer service is lacking in this location..have been here multiple times and the same experience. We tried to order a shake with fudge and the employee barely lined the cup with fudge, when we requested more she declined and said that is their standard. However we have always gotten it different. It was a rip off and really disappointed with the employees attitude.
