We ordered a ice-cream cake for a celebration unfortunately it is worst. Cake is very hard and it is not as promised. Very much disappointed.

Customer service is lacking in this location..have been here multiple times and the same experience. We tried to order a shake with fudge and the employee barely lined the cup with fudge, when we requested more she declined and said that is their standard. However we have always gotten it different. It was a rip off and really disappointed with the employees attitude.

I asked if there was an O’Henry sundae because I saw it on the website. The employee told me no and started serving the next customer leaving me standing there.I get a sundae that is on the menu and a pre packed tub of vanilla to go. When I get home and open the pre packed tub it’s freezer burnt and shrunken, hard as a rock. I go back to return it and I’m told by the employee that they sell so many and no one complains. And continues that she herself doesn’t fill the tubs. I told her I don’t care about any of this I just want my money back. I did purchase a hand pack instead and am taking that home.

Compared to other Baskin robbins the quantity of ice cream is less per scoop... Disappointing! No coming back to this location...

The Girl working closing shift on Fri Dec 1 was kind enough to accomodate my milkshake order at 9:56 P.M (upon a bit of insistence). She seemed visibly stressed as a flurry of customers 5, 6 of us walked in in the last minutes.Kudos to the girl for being quick and accomodating all the customers.
The Ice Cream will obviously be good, but the manager there is incredibly rude! Personally, Baskin Robbins was my favourite, but after this experience, I go there very rarely. And I am sure I’m not the only person who says this. Baskin Robbins, please get a better manager

I came tonight with my mom a few minutes before closing and the worker was on a phone call, so we were waiting patiently for a few minutes for her to get off and take our order. Once she ends her phone call, she tells us the store is closed and she cannot take our order, even though the sign was still turned on saying "open" and we were there much before closing time. Super disappointed in the service as we did take our time driving to the location and simply wanted some ice cream.
