Food was excellent and this is our favorite spot to visit when in the area. The staff was kind, patient, and efficient with serving us. We enjoyed our time there and were made to feel welcomed.Kid-friendliness: The kids said out of their own mouths that the Burger Factory is a 5 star restaurant! They greatly enjoyed the food and courteous customer service as did the adults in our party of 13!
