I'm unable to rate the atmosphere, as I do drive though only.I have never had an issue with my order - HOWEVER, and very nearly just as important - there seems to be an increase in surly staff, at both windows. Honesty, it's awkward sometimes.
My husband and I have been stopping in to this particular Wendys in Woodstock for several weeks now on a Thursday evening about 9 pm for a quick late meal. Previous to our latest visit, the front counter server was very efficient and congenial. We asked for coffee to be our drinks and she made a fresh pot for us, which we thought was exceptional customer service. The dining room was clean, tidy and inviting.
