“This Timmies isn’t bad. They occasionally miss stuff in order or get order wrong. Sometimes the drive thru is sooo lined up around the building you can’t get out of your parking spot. Weekdays during school start, lunch and end is super busy - kids everywhere so be cautious.
Service is pretty quick and the staff are nice and respectful.
There has been a few times where machines are down or they don’t have certain items but to be expected as no where is perfect.“

“So last week I left a poor review for the Cambridge location. Today I went to the Kitchener location. The difference was like night and day. Selection was great! To be honest was a little dissapointed that a couple of varieties shown on the website were not available but that's me being just a little picky.
I talked to the owner and he was a great guy! He actually explained to me their busniess model. After listening to it I realize I may have been a little harsh reviewing the Cambridge model. He explained that the first hour most of their customers are people going to work grabbing a quick coffee and donut so for that hour they focus more on the regular type of donuts rather than the exotic ones. He gave me his card and told me if I wanted a a larger variety to choose from first thing in the morning to call tge day before and he will accomadate!!! Wow that is customer service, however I would never put someone out like that for a dozen donuts.
Prices are more than Tim's but you get what you pay for. These are fresh quality donuts that make a great decadant treat! I live in Guelph and used to go to Milton(great service there too), but Kitchener is closer and the service I got today was exceptional! Give this place a try!“
