The employee working Sunday august 31 at 5pm was very delightful and gave me my go to Boba tea place when visiting Cambridge Waterloo. Update: I went to buy another Smoothie and Iced Tea. “the very berry is very sweet its good but sweet like very berry sweet I think to improve the berry is to slightly tone down the sweet and this is for all locations if their very berry is sweet but this location in particular is sweet berry that’s all I am super sure of and so its good but just slightly too sweet the employee working there was a woman there and their service is very very good so overall only thin needed for improvment is to slightly decrease sweetness because very berry is very sweet and so it will be suitable for many people and that’s why I give it four“

“This is a cute little shop full of healthy smoothies and smoothie/protein packed bowls. I found it interesting that you can every add little additions like Lions Maine (which is great to reduce brain fog and increase mental clarity). Marine collagen, turmeric, b12, creatine MCT, beef pollen, sea moss, spirulina. So many things to kick your smoothie or bowl up a notch.

I got the Acai Superfood Smoothie (acai, blueberry, strawberry, banana, agave, oatmilk). Hit the spot! I will be most definitely returning again !“

“Delicious real fruit bubble tea. So many different combinations to make. Fruit teas, milk teas, coffees!!!! Have to go more than once until you make your ultimate drink. It is a true skill to get the straw in on the first try. I love fruit teas!!!! (Apple and Honeydew are my favourites). Enjoy!!!!!“

“I am someone who doesn't often write reviews but this place was so good I just had to share. I am a lactose-intolerant person and I really wanted to have a specific smoothie, but it had dairy in it, I asked if we could do something about the dairy and without a wasting a second, the employee said she can remove it and presented me with a plethora of substitution options. I also witnessed a scene today! A uber driver came to pick up an order, I was waiting for my drink as there were quite a few customers in the store, and he made some rude and hurtful comments. Now it isn't my job to be nosy, but the way the employees handled the situation was refreshing to see. They didn't stand for such nonsense. Many times employees succumb to the pressure and let these people have their way and they don't hold such people accountable for their rude actions. I mean there were kids in that store, how can someone start saying such things without having regard for who is in the establishment. Truly professional individuals working here! Love to see it!“
