“I am someone who doesn't often write reviews but this place was so good I just had to share. I am a lactose-intolerant person and I really wanted to have a specific smoothie, but it had dairy in it, I asked if we could do something about the dairy and without a wasting a second, the employee said she can remove it and presented me with a plethora of substitution options. I also witnessed a scene today! A uber driver came to pick up an order, I was waiting for my drink as there were quite a few customers in the store, and he made some rude and hurtful comments. Now it isn't my job to be nosy, but the way the employees handled the situation was refreshing to see. They didn't stand for such nonsense. Many times employees succumb to the pressure and let these people have their way and they don't hold such people accountable for their rude actions. I mean there were kids in that store, how can someone start saying such things without having regard for who is in the establishment. Truly professional individuals working here! Love to see it!“

“I tried a blueberry mixer for the first time today and Nidhi suggested adding some strawberries in them. It tasted really good. But it was her service that stood out to me. Noone in fast food chain stores ever made such recommendations to me. So thank you!“

“This was the BEST bubble tea I've ever had! I had the fruit fusion tea with tapioca and it was delish! It had tiny pieces of FRESH apples and oranges in it. I would definitely recommend this drink and can't wait to try more! Great customer service at the American Dream location in NJ! Definitely 5 stars!“

“Great food, great service, great ambience. Zalak was our server and ensured me and my family were well taken care of. Our water glasses were always topped up without asking, and so was our coffee. Attentiveness was on point. Thank you for a great experience!“

“This was the best burger & fries I have had. Lovely little shop. Clean & cozy. Quiet atmosphere.“

“One of the greatest, hidden gems in Waterloo. The owner is super nice and the food is value - you can get fouralls ice cream here (for cheaper than fouralls)!!! Also the samosas are massive and quite good. They got boardgames to play, printing services and a section into the back to buy stationeries - honestly you can literally get anything here. Come through!“

“Great drinks and excellent customer service at Big Orange Conestoga! I tried the Taro Milk Tea with Pearls and the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Pearls, and both were delicious. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality and portion.

A special shout-out to Mr. Raymond, he is always smiling, friendly, and happy to help. His positive attitude makes the experience even better. Great drinks, reasonable prices, and wonderful customer service. Definitely recommend Big Orange Conestoga!“

“Amazing product. Completely delicious and filled right to the brim. You can taste the quality!“
