Asked for no cheese on my supreme stack, they gave me one with cheese. Then overheard them asking the cashier if I asked for no cheese. Which I had. The cashier said I didn't ask for no cheese, I said I did ask for no cheese and they remade the sandwich. Wait time was long prior to their mistake, and longer after. Washroom had no toilet paper.

Tim Hortons is a classic. I think we all
know that it can be so hit or miss though, location to location. The amount of times I’ve sent food back is borderline outrageous because I ask for specifics on my sandwich and they ignore it. BUT…. This location. Never! This specific location is my go-to! They have never gotten my order wrong and I have never had to go back and get them to remake it.
