I went on Wednesday night around 9:45 PM. I waited at the order screen for almost 4 or 5 minutes, but no one replied to me. Then I drove to the window, where a girl named Nelio told me I had just driven off. I explained to her that I had waited there for almost 4 or 5 minutes. This thing has happened to me 4 or 5 times. every day i come here by 9:pm i found those ppl cleaning the French vanilla machine by 9:00 pm and they close at 11 pm worst things ever it’s happening to me every day when I come to get my french vanilla , next time, higher ppl who understand that cleaning only for last half an hour, not two hours before you close.

Drive thru order . I ordered a large tea with 2 milk and a shot of vanilla. It was perfect!! They use 4 pumps for 1 vanilla. Not one pump for a large drink for a select few of Tim's. Also ordered a raisin bran muffin which was fresh and delish!
