Has to be one of the worst locations I've visited. Staff hasn't got a clue and lack courtesy even taking orders, abrupt, rude, short, and general lack of interest in serving customers.Selection on hand is pathetic every time I have stopped here ... its worth drive down the Lackner TH location as it is better all the way around ...
No matter what location you go to it just gets worse and worse. I personally have decided to no longer support this establishment. Unfortunately I did receive a gift card & thought I would use it.Ordered the cilantro lime bowl, not only did I wait 20min but the staff member had no clue what was going on. I went to pick up my surprise bag and the counter person and supervisor were so rude that I won't be back. This is my 3rd surprise bag from this location. The 1st one was OK. 2nd one had something with onion in it and it permeated all the baked goods with that wonderful onion flavour. The 3rd one, today's, has muffins. That's it. Just muffins.
