Great service and friendly staff
My family and I visit this Tim Hortons unit on a constant basis, multiple times per week, and we are very happy with the service and overall experience. We are often assisted by Jay and he is always very kind, efficient, and polite to us :) Thank you Jay and team!
Consistently great coffee and excellent customer service. The quality, and welcoming staff's attitude make this Tim stand out. My go to place.

The restaurant is always kept clean, and the service is consistently great. Tim Hortons provides a good alternative to typical fast food chains, which is regrettably not available in the US. Customers have had positive experiences and would visit again.
The staff at this Tim Hortons location on Dorval and N. Service Rd. are always fast, efficient, and friendly. Navjot, a drive-through employee, was polite and even tried to upsell a donut to promote the business and its delicious food. The store is well-stocked and maintained, with exceptional service.
The owner, Micheal, went above and beyond to ensure that the breakfast platters ordered from this location looked good and had a variety of baked goods. When he realized that the bagels were missing from the platters, he personally delivered a beautiful platter to the customer's workplace to avoid any further delay.
Even during rush hours, the staff at this Tim Hortons location are quick, humble, and efficient in addressing any issues that may arise. Their concentration and effort in executing orders are highly appreciated by the customers.
