While there are a lot of vegan and plant based friendly options on the downtown Oakville strip, this one is my favorite. The food is fresh and doesn’t feel it has added preservatives to “oomf” the flavour. Additionally, the staff is very friendly making it a comfortable atmosphere to grab a bite. This is my favourite cafe - not just in downtown Oakville - but of all time. The staff are incredibly friendly - especially Gianfranco. He makes everybody feel welcome and greets each person with a big smile. And Daniella makes the best iced mochas. ;)Simple Kitchen caters to every diet and has so many options to choose from--whether it be plant-based milk, crackers, cereals, chocolate bars, or frozen foods. Our server was Evans, and he was absolutely incredible! Sooooo charismatic and charming, super nice and friendly, and all of our food was perfect (with a beautiful smile to boot)! The service quality here was amazing, we came in with a rather large group without a reservation and they found a table and set up for us within 5 minutes and took care of us and checked in with us the whole way through.
