Our server was Evans, and he was absolutely incredible! Sooooo charismatic and charming, super nice and friendly, and all of our food was perfect (with a beautiful smile to boot)! The service quality here was amazing, we came in with a rather large group without a reservation and they found a table and set up for us within 5 minutes and took care of us and checked in with us the whole way through. If you come here, I definitely recommend the nachos - I'm not usually a huge nacho fan, and I loved these nachos!!

Nice location, atmosphere. The prices are little bit high though. 70 CAD for a salad, couple of sandwiches and a coffee is too much. The Protein Punch bowl is too simple as for me - too much greek nuts. The system when I need to tip before I eat surprised me but I suppose it is a North American issue. As for the coffee - it is definitely not a third wave coffee. More like a cheap robusta. We just couldn’t drink it. But the most disappointing thing is the disposable tableware. We clearly said we will eat inside and I didn’t get why we ate out of disposables wrapped in plastic. Too little concern about environment.

While there are a lot of vegan and plant based friendly options on the downtown Oakville strip, this one is my favorite. The food is fresh and doesn’t feel it has added preservatives to “oomf” the flavour. Additionally, the staff is very friendly making it a comfortable atmosphere to grab a bite. A big extra is that there are supplements and health food goodies you can shop for and buy along the way. I would definitely recommend.Vegetarian options: All food is gluten free and dairy free. This is my favourite cafe - not just in downtown Oakville - but of all time. The staff are incredibly friendly - especially Gianfranco. He makes everybody feel welcome and greets each person with a big smile. And Daniella makes the best iced mochas. ;)Simple Kitchen caters to every diet and has so many options to choose from--whether it be plant-based milk, crackers, cereals, chocolate bars, or frozen foods. My favourite item is their gluten-free/dairy-free croissants. I run to Simple Kitchen every Friday/Saturday to get an Oreo one!Thank you for operating such an amazing local spot. Forever your #1 fan!

Loved the food, service and atmosphere!! Their made to order Breakfast Panini and Superfood Bowl (substitutions happily accepted for both) were excellent! Pretty indoor seating, with outside options too. I highly recommend their house made Granola and HU Dark Chocolate Bar! My first time and I'll definitely be back.
