I found French lunch at the gluten free expo in hamilton. My fiancé pointed out the gluten free pierogies so we stopped and grabbed a few items. So far I’ve only had their quiche and it was one of the best things I’ve tried. I’m so excited to try their pierogies and crepes now. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure

I love this gourmet food and have for years. Nina is the best cook. I stock up at least once a month in store or at the local farmers market and order for every holiday. My favourites are the desserts. I just had the Valentine's swiss roll and red velvet cake and they were superb. The meringue roll at Christmas was out if this world. My husband no longer wants "store bought" pierogies, he only wants to eat the ones from French Lunch. They are delicious. You can taste the real ingredients. Will be trying other items from there.
