I found French lunch at the gluten free expo in hamilton. My fiancé pointed out the gluten free pierogies so we stopped and grabbed a few items. So far I’ve only had their quiche and it was one of the best things I’ve tried. I’m so excited to try their pierogies and crepes now. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure

Bought cabbage rolls from this place at their table at the gluten free fair, since they are difficult to find with out wheat fillers. Take this for lunch to work to find one of the rolls EMPTY. So not just over priced, a complete rip off!

I love this gourmet food and have for years. Nina is the best cook. I stock up at least once a month in store or at the local farmers market and order for every holiday. My favourites are the desserts. I just had the Valentine's swiss roll and red velvet cake and they were superb. The meringue roll at Christmas was out if this world. I don't know where to get better desserts. I also love the perogies and crepes. The frozen entrees are staples in our house. The tartiflette, toulouse sausage casserole, chili con carne, coq au vin, beef bourgignon, paella, and eef lasagna are fabulous and usually in stock in my freezer. I also like that the food is gluten free and low sodium. It doesn't need much salt because it is so tasty. Everything tastes great.

When inquiring about her gluten free pierogies as to whether the mushroom option was vegan she made an unscientific and disparaging comment about someone's approach to health and wellness. Very poor choice and completely disrespectful.

My husband no longer wants "store bought" pierogies, he only wants to eat the ones from French Lunch. They are delicious. You can taste the real ingredients. Will be trying other items from there.
