Awful customer service! We went at lunch time there was only 3 tables of customers, it was not busy at all for this level of service. Benson the manager was very arrogant, and unprofessional. We asked him which dip he recommends and he looks at us and says just order the trio and make my life easier…..then our dinner arrives and but appetizers are missing. Dishes like the kibbeh nayyeh are the best in Canada, and the meat for the mashawi is well seasoned and tender. The halloum and tabouleh are also highly recommended. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service and atmosphere are top notch. The staff are incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional, making every guest feel like a VIP. The ambience is stunning, elegant, and warm, creating the perfect atmosphere for special occasions like birthdays, Father’s Day brunch, graduations, and First Communion family gatherings. The managers and staff are amazingly helpful with accommodating changing plans and taking orders. The hospitality is thoughtful and genuine.
