Abdullah ruined our night as he lied about a few things in order to get better tips and managers weren't able to fix our issue. One looks like a baller and the other doesn't really care about much other than his own tables by the looks of it.Kitchen is an open concept and appears dirty. Bartender touches ice with their hands.In terms of the taste of the food, I really wouldn't make any suggestions for any dishes we had. Lackluster experience. Cocktails were also nothing special.0/10

Had a wonderful family Sunday dinner here at Laylak, Oakville. Service was very warm, attentive and friendly. Really happy with some of the recommendations of our host, such as Mohamarah, roasted red pepper dip with walnuts. Its now my family's favorite dip among the 4 choices. We ordered the Trio Dip as an opener. We wiped all of it cleaned with the warm, fluffy pita bread. My drink, was really refreshing and has the perfect blend of sweetness and tart. I cannot recall the name.My husband and I ordered the Mixed Grill platter which we mutually agreed to be satisfying. Meat was tender, deliciously seasoned and flavored. My youngest son tried the falafel and he also loved it.We capped off the meal with the Date Cake served Ala mode - as dessert. Overall, excellent!This is our second time in Laylak, the first time was in their Toronto branch. We are happy to come back to either location.My suggestions: Please add Amethyst, lilac accents and tones in your Oakville branch. It's my absolute favorite color.
