“Wonderful food!! Went with friends and 2 young kids. The kids, unaccustomed to Indian food, enjoyed the chicken pakora. The adults enjoyed biryanis, chicken tikka masala, butter chicken and chicken korma. The food was so fresh and delicious.“
“Our night started rough, we sat in the dining room and did not get served for 15 minutes. Two different servers walked by our table and didn’t acknowledge us. We decided to go to the lounge area and was served by Taylor. She changed our whole mood completely, made really good recommendations. The food was amazing and she made really good drinks. My wife couldn’t decide on a wine, so waiter recommended and even brought tasters to try! Hostess informed us that if we do not have a reservation they cannot seat us as they are not taking walk ins until 7:30pm. I was not given an alternative. So I stepped aside, went online and booked a reservation. Went back to hostess and informed her of my reservation. She almost grudgingly seated us. It is my daughters birthday too. Many seats are still empty here.“

The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best meal we ever had while in Burlington. Found the prices very reasonable when compared to other restaurants of this caliber. No need to drive to Toronto any more to get this variety and quality food and service. Location is great, after dinner we walked a block down to the water front and enjoyed talking a walk while the sunset. “The Wilcox serves delicious fusion dishes. We are always excited to try new things on their menu, but we used to come often for our two favourite dishes: the Spanish Octopus and the Korean Cornish hen. These two dishes have changed to slightly different dishes.The Spanish Octopus is unfortunately downsized (see a comparison photo of what used to be a half octopus... Vs today's 1/4 octopus) and the garnishes and pairings are still delicious but not as elaborate as before.Although I do prefer the KFC (Korean fried chicken) appetizer over the Cornish hen dish as it is a less spicy and less messy to eat.We still come for their delicious food (and cocktails) however the value($$) has changed, so we do not visit as often anymore.“

We ordered Trio dip hummus, muhammara, baba ghanoush which is served with hot pita bread. The muhammara is so good. Also ordered fattoush which was okay.For mains we ordered Chicken tawouk, Grilled octopus and kefta which was nice.“
