“Decided to try this restaurant after seeing it on OpenTable as a new restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful decor , atmosphere and food was delicious. Our waiter Zen was on point suggesting a few things from the menu which we thoroughly enjoyed. He was also very friendly with a great sense of humour. We absolutely love coming for happy hour as the ambience is always lively! “The Wilcox serves delicious fusion dishes. We are always excited to try new things on their menu, but we used to come often for our two favourite dishes: the Spanish Octopus and the Korean Cornish hen. These two dishes have changed to slightly different dishes.The Spanish Octopus is unfortunately downsized (see a comparison photo of what used to be a half octopus... Vs today's 1/4 octopus) and the garnishes and pairings are still delicious but not as elaborate as before.Although I do prefer the KFC (Korean fried chicken) appetizer over the Cornish hen dish as it is a less spicy and less messy to eat.We still come for their delicious food (and cocktails) however the value($$) has changed, so we do not visit as often anymore.“

“Solid place which really turned around the decaying vibe of the older establishments which ran this spot. It's almost like THE spot to be in Meadowvale. Music was very loud however so it was hard to converse with people across my table. Apps were very tasty.Parking: Lots of parking but the lot can get very full. You might just have to walk 30 extra seconds.“
