Pizza is Awesome, no doubt about it. BUT, not set up for high volume take out business. It can be very frustrating bringing home pizza that is not piping hot to your hungry family or guests. They have a rack where pizza is placed prior to cutting. Pizza is sitting and cooling while staff is busy attending to customers at the counter or doing other duties.
