“Just love this Dairy Queen love the kids that work here all up beat. Was yesterday and had there large soft ice cream chocolate dipped and my friends had a blizzard with chocolate and cherries. Miles was really great and so happy to help us. But came back today agian order double chesse burger so no picture he eat it to fast. “For years and years, I have suffered through the agony of trying to enjoy ice cream like everyone else on the planet due to my lactose intolerance. I recently saw a City News episode talking about Honey”s! The thought of a vegan ice cream gave me pause on whether or not it would actually have the flavour it profess to have, However, I stopped by last night, buying two tubs and a small pie. I started with the pie and it was absolutely amazing. You almost wanna eat the entire thing yourself but then my I tried the Double Pistachio and I swear to God it’s like this place sold it sold to the devil to make something taste that good! They have genuinely just got customers for life! Genuinely can’t wait to try other flavours! Unbelievable And worth every penny to be able to enjoy something so delicious without the adverse reaction to my body.“

“Visited Disco Ice Cream & Cookies this weekend, located at College and Ossington and such cute ice cream parlour! The fun and summery vibe makes it a great spot to cool off! The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. It was so nice to speak to the owner for a bit as well!

As part of the Yelp Experience, I received a complimentary cookie of my choice (I picked the Chocolate Chip) in addition to two kiddie scoops of ice cream: Strawberry Matcha Coconut and Coffee. Both flavours were light, refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day. The Chocolate Chip cookie was soft and packed with generous chunks of chocolate in every bite.

It was lovely to discover a hidden gem in the Ossington neighbourhood. I'll definitely be back to try more flavours outside of the Yelp Experience.“

“Stopped by Marble Slab Creamery recently and ordered the double chocolate ice cream with Nutella sauce on a cone. The ice cream was rich, creamy, and full of chocolate flavor without being overly sweet. The Nutella sauce was the perfect addition and made every bite even better.

The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the ice cream was fresh. You can tell they use quality ingredients. Definitely one of the better ice cream spots I've visited, and I'll be coming back to try more flavors. Highly recommend it if you're craving something sweet!“

“Stayed in Toronto for a week recently and this gem was a 2 minute walk away from where I was staying. I went there the first day of my trip and went back EVERY day. Double baked apple pie on a waffle cone was my go to. Ice cream was the BEST I have ever had and considering having it shipped to me since there are none in America. Amazing quality, amazing taste amazing service and the atmosphere was always clean and warm. When I return to Toronto, I'll be continuing making this my every day sweet spot!“

“We went here after eating some Authentic Italian Pizza next door at Pala 148 and wanted to keep the Italy vibe going so we stopped into Gemma Gelateria and tried their dairy free dark chocolate Gelato and it was soooo good and really chocolatey! It's tasted just like melted dark chocolate! The price was reasonable and the staff were very welcoming. It's a little shop with limited seating but in the nice weather there are lots of places to sit in the area.“

“Not sure what’s Thai about this place, since they neither have Thai flavours or Thai staff, but they make a damn good rolled ice cream. The mixture they use is a solid recipe, as the rolls come out well formed and hold their structure. The ice cream itself though was delicious! Got the peaches and cream and the taste did not disappoint. It tasted like actual peach not that artificial fruit taste and the ice cream itself was creamy, as expected from an ice cream shop. The price is also pretty on par with other independent ice cream parlours.
My only ‘complaint’ is that it’s a small space but otherwise definitely going again.“

For instance, if their system fails it costs you, I ordered through the mobile app at my store nearby, but the app sent it to the other side of town. I called to cancel the order, but dairy Queen policy they don't issue refunds because they still have to pay someone to make it. so you're out of money and no food. it's there policy to not have customer service“
