Had a good experience at Cafe De Paan. We ordered the masala fries and vegetable samosas to go, along with a chai. Everything was tasty and well prepared, and the chai was a nice addition.
The place has a nice, casual vibe and the service was good as well. Overall, a solid spot for some Indian snacks and chai in Scarborough.
