“I honestly find a lot of these one-star reviews hard to believe. I’ve been coming to this location regularly for quite a while, and my experience has been consistently great.

The store has always been clean and well organized whenever I’ve visited, and the food has never disappointed me. You can genuinely taste how fresh everything is.

One of my favourite things to order is the iced Revitasize Bulletproof, and if you haven’t tried their coffee yet, you definitely should—it’s so good! I love bringing my laptop and spending some time there. I remember one time I came in and one of the girls were outside cleaning the front windows. She had one of those window squeegees that professional cleaners use, and I just remember thinking, “Wow, they really take the time to keep this place looking nice.”

What really stands out to me is the customer service. The team is always so friendly, and they’ve even remembered my order, which makes me feel welcome every time I walk in.

My husband and my kid love this place too, and we come here often. It’s become one of our go-to spots, and we’ve always had a positive experience.“

“I've been to Yu Seafood Yorkdale several times. An upscaled restaurant near all the high-end retailers. I bought my nephew here during his business trip and everything is good, and the bill was paid without going through the details. Not until I got home and found out one of the dishes was missed out from the dinner set for six. I called the restaurant the next day and the general manager Neilson responded promptly. It could be a human error and promised to compensate on my next visit. Having said that Yu is a great place to enjoy dinner or lunch despite of the mistake they have made on my last visit.“

Our server Quinn was friendly and efficient and was able to offer his opinion on main dishes we selected. The portions were more than generous and both of us were provided with take away containers. My friend has decided to book a family birthday here later this month. And I plan to return to Trattoria Di Parma early in November with friends who will be visiting from Calgary. The taxidermy and old world decor covering every wall gave it this eccentric, almost speakeasy vibe that made me put my phone away for a while. “I had ordered online but I selected this location when I was across the city at another. Called into the store to cancel my order because online firehouse support could not help. This is my goto firehouse subs location with excellent service every time I’m in. I couldn’t get a refund online so the manager Vraj was great and told me the next time I was in the area he would make my subs since I had already paid. I came into the store and he made them up for me even though it was four days later. Highly recommend this location and if there is ever an issue They will make it right. Vraj provided excellent service and resolved my issue that firehouse corporate ignored. Subs excellent as always, really fresh ingredients . Puts the competition to shame.“

All of the flavours were tasty - we opted for a two-tier cake (matcha and milk tea) as it was so hard to choose just one flavour!
