“I've been to Yu Seafood Yorkdale several times. An upscaled restaurant near all the high-end retailers. I bought my nephew here during his business trip and everything is good, and the bill was paid without going through the details. Not until I got home and found out one of the dishes was missed out from the dinner set for six. I called the restaurant the next day and the general manager Neilson responded promptly. It could be a human error and promised to compensate on my next visit. Having said that Yu is a great place to enjoy dinner or lunch despite of the mistake they have made on my last visit.“

Our group of friends gets together once a month, and this time we decided to try somewhere different from our usual neighborhood spot. We're so glad we did! The food was great, but Karina's outstanding service truly made the evening special.

“We came here and had a pleasant experience. Our group ordered the strawberry matcha and black sesame bingsu. The black sesame bingsu was delicious, rich, and came with toppings that complemented the dessert. The strawberry matcha bingsu was also delicious! The service was quick, but I felt the large black sesame bingsu could have used more ice cream, as we only received one scoop. I also think adding more strawberries would make the strawberry matcha bingsu even better. Overall, it was a good experience with delicious bingsu!“

This is my goto firehouse subs location with excellent service every time I’m in. I couldn’t get a refund online so the manager Vraj was great and told me the next time I was in the area he would make my subs since I had already paid. I came into the store and he made them up for me even though it was four days later. Highly recommend this location and if there is ever an issue They will make it right. Vraj provided excellent service and resolved my issue that firehouse corporate ignored. Subs excellent as always, really fresh ingredients . Puts the competition to shame.“

All of the flavours were tasty - we opted for a two-tier cake (matcha and milk tea) as it was so hard to choose just one flavour! The entire ordering experience was smooth, and the cake was an absolute hit at the wedding. The Daan Go team worked well with our wedding planner to execute the look we were envisioning, and the delivery process was seamless.“

The dining area is located upstairs and the washroom is downstairs in the basement. As a result, it is not advisable for wheelchair users to dine in. I love the oat fudge bars, vanilla cakes/cupcakes, chocolate cakes/cupcakes, custom cakes, both types of quiche, the scones, brownies, spiced chocolate bar, lattes, drip coffee, cookies...geeze I guess I go there a lot. I haven't even tried everything in the bakery yet. It is a wonderful for breakfast, midday treat and dessert after dinner. I stock up on Sunday to have enough to last me until Thursday morning when the bakery reopens for the week. I am having a very hard time sticking to just one item a day. It is great for school lunch treats because it is a nut free bakery. This is important for school staff and students.“

My wife loves the Unamas, and I'm more partial to the Gas Light. The best part for us is that we can bring our dog along. He can chill on the cold floor while we have a pint or two :)

The attention to detail on the sushi naming and packaging. Fish is always fresh and my personal fave is the torched sushi and tofu pockets. Would get these on repeat everytime. The location near Cathedral town is spacious for indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of drinks to choose from too to pair with the sushi.
If you love Anime and Sushi, this is the spot.

They even had a featured artist alley sticker area by the cashier supporting other local businesses.
