“I had a really great experience at Pizza Hut and wanted to take a moment to properly recognize how good the overall service was. From the moment I placed my order, everything went smoothly and efficiently. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire experience. It’s always nice when you can tell that the people working there genuinely care about making sure customers have a positive experience.

What impressed me the most was the speed of the service. My order was prepared much faster than I expected, and despite how quickly everything was done, the quality of the food was not compromised. The pizza came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. There’s something especially satisfying about getting your food quickly and still receiving a pizza that tastes like it was made with care rather than something that was rushed.

And of course, the pizza itself was delicious! The crust had a really nice texture, the cheese was melted perfectly, and the toppings were generous and flavorful. Everything came together really well, and it was exactly what I was hoping for when I ordered pizza. It was hot, cheesy, fresh, and genuinely satisfying. I definitely finished the meal feeling like I had made the right choice.

Overall, this was one of those experiences where the food, service, and speed all came together perfectly. Great customer service, quick preparation, and a really tasty pizza made for an excellent experience. I really appreciate the staff for doing such a great job, and I would absolutely order from this Pizza Hut again. “We went this evening with 2 little kids. Things started fine but kids are kids and couldn't sit still for long. The staff were really good at getting their food out quickly and getting us whatever we needed.

The food was very delicious (nduja Romana pizza, spaghetti Pomodoro and 2 orders of kids shell pasta with butter) but the service was what really stood out.

“The Feast in the Box exceeded my expectations. I had placed a phone order and am I ever glad that I did - that place was slammed which is a testament to their business and the food hall in general. It was ready as soon as I walked in and I was pleasantly surprised when I went to lift the very hefty box. When I got home, I was pleased by the perfectly cooked eggs (runny egg yolks make a great sauce) and the delicious variety in cooked meats. It served three very hungry people with a bit left over for lunch tomorrow. Portions: great; flavours: great; service: great!“

“The food was absolutely amazing. My 3 daughters and I went there for dinner during Summerlicious 2022. We didn't have reaervations and the options were a 1 hour wait to sit inside or be seated right away on the patio. We chose the patio. We were served our drinks and appetizers within 1/2 hour but our main course came about an hour after but it was worth the wait. We will definitely return🍾🎉“

“That's the first time that I ordered a pizza from Pizza Pizza with thicker bread, and we love it. I ordered half ground beef and half butter chicken on a large pizza. It costs $20 for 2 people, which was enough. Beef was better. Butter chicken had a spice that wasn't to our taste.“

“They have some great food, the pizza slices are filled with so many toppings too. The dipping sauce is a little pricey, wish they had a smaller cheaper alternative. The stromboli was alright, I'd rather get the slices, much better deal. The people are friendly and the service is quick.“

But the music was really loud and more like club music than lunch appropriate. The other diners were elderly so I’m not sure the music is appreciated. A manager came by and asked how everything was, and I mentioned the music which he said was controlled by the bar side of the restaurant. But he did say that they could lower the volume in the dining room and the bar could still be noisy.

It wasn’t too much of a deal breaker for me though. Service was… well… . I ordered my drink which came with the tea set together with the food, however my friends wanted theirs after the meal. Turned out my drink was not ordered by the wait staff. Though I didn’t mind, they should have checked to see if I also wanted my drink to come early or later together with my friends. The presentation of the plates was enticing. My beef tenderloin vermicelli tasted a bit below my expectation however I believed my expectation was too high. “Had a great service at this location, ordered 4 medium pizzas, 8 drinks, and 4 dips. Food was anazing but took awhile. One worker was locked in at the front and did alot of work and deserves a raise. The other worker, (Antoon) stayed in the back either prepping some up, or prepping himself. Antoon rarely came to the front and displayed a mean/nonchalant face. Additionally, he came to the front and pulled 4 plastics bags which was his first appearance. To conclude my review, I would ljke to thank the worker for basically carrying Antoon by doing all the work in a busy time. Antoon, I don’t think pizza pizza is a great a fit for you. Maybe you were in training or prepping something in the back, but please try to display yourself more often and take orders, instead of just pulling out bags and staying in the back.
