“We have gone to Amicis since its opening and have nothing but great things to say about it! Just wanted to share our recent experience with my daughter's wedding dinner. We had 60 people, a 5 course delicious meal, table service for drinks and everything was amazing!! Hot food beautifully presented, cold drinks, the friendliest staff who were so attentive that many of our guests commented and thanked them! We were thrilled with Ada who managed all of our requests, and was there to oversee and assist the top notch servers on our special day! Such a positive experience!! Can not say enough good things about it!!“

“I’m going to give some serious love to the potato bacon soup at East Side Mario’s because this one deserves it. It is extremely good. Rich, creamy, hearty and packed with that smoky bacon flavour, it’s exactly the kind of soup you want when you’re looking for something comforting and satisfying.

I’m a big fan of their soups in general, but the potato bacon is one I could very easily make a meal out of. Add the salad and bread, and you’ve got a pretty fantastic lunch without spending a ridiculous amount of money.

East Side Mario’s may be a chain, but they really do know how to make a good soup.“

“Working the area I was looking for a new spot to eat during my lunch hour. I just got to say I am instantly hooked on the eggplant sandwich with sweet peppers. The eggplant sandwich is absolutely amazing ... I had it three times this week. Many blessings to the Belaggios staff ... see you at lunch.“

“We had just been saying last week that Pickering did not have good pizza options, well that all changed tonight! We ordered from Vis à Vis and boy was it good! Thin crust, wood oven pizza with delicious toppings. This will be our new regular for sure! Hope they continue to do well and will make sure my friends know about this place to make sure it stays open. Yum!“

“I have to give a huge shoutout to Dave at the Pickering Pizza Hut. He was absolutely fantastic.

I came in not really knowing what I wanted, and Dave was so patient and helpful. He made recommendations and even suggested some add-ons and specials, but what I really appreciated was that it never felt like he was trying to push a sale. It genuinely felt like he was trying to help me figure out what I would actually like. He really went above and beyond!

He has such a great attitude and is just really pleasant to deal with. He took the time to explain the different specials, including the ones available online, and was happy to walk me through everything. He was smiling, enthusiastic, and just genuinely seemed happy to be helping.

Even though I am closer to the Bowmanville location, the Pickering location has always been a consistently better experience!

Thank you Dave & team!“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Absolutely incredible! This was hands down one of the best Halal BBQ chicken pizzas I’ve ever had! 🍕🔥 The flavour was just PERFECT — every bite was so delicious and satisfying. Honestly, the taste was so good that I couldn’t stop thinking about it even after I finished eating. 😂 I literally still had the pizza taste in my mouth the next day!

The BBQ chicken, toppings, cheese and sauce all came together beautifully. And what I loved most is that every time I have this pizza, it tastes just as amazing — the quality and flavour are always on point. 🤤

I wasn’t even planning to write a review, but I genuinely couldn’t control myself because it was THAT good! 😂❤️ Definitely a must-try for anyone who loves BBQ chicken pizza. I’ll absolutely be ordering this again! 🍕🔥“

“Here’s a sample review for Pizza Pizza:

“I recently tried Pizza Pizza, and it was a pretty satisfying experience overall. The pizza options are extensive, with a variety of toppings, crusts, and styles to choose from. I appreciate that they cater to different dietary needs with gluten-free, keto, and plant-based options. The crust was nice and crispy, and the toppings tasted fresh, which is always a plus.

The delivery was fairly quick, and my order arrived hot. However, I did feel that the sauce could use a bit more flavor; it was a bit bland for my taste. Also, the prices are reasonable for standard pizzas, though the specialty options can add up quickly.

Overall, I’d say Pizza Pizza is a solid choice if you’re looking for reliable pizza with plenty of options to customize. It’s“

“My first visit to Bella Notte Ristotante. Treated my daughter and son in law to dinner for their birthdays and 1st year anniversary. Ever though this was a surprise, they both have been here and love it. Excellent food and our server, Bradley, was exceptional !“

“My husband and I went for dinner last night and it was delicious. We ordered fried calamari as an app. I ordered the Linguine Mare and my husband ordered the veal marsala for the mains. Everything tasted fabulous. Service is excellent and Sal is amazing at welcoming everyone. This was our first visit but certainly won't be the last.“

“Brutal, service rather lack of, is absolutely horrible. Do not go unless you have a few hours! So poor.“

“The meal was the most authentic Italian meal we have had in a long time. The sauce was perfect! Highly recommend and don't forget to have the homemade pasta!“

“The food is excellent! We love getting family combos for our family gatherings and skip the cooking and just enjoy ourselves. It is so delicious! We especially love the lasagna as well as chicken rose penne. The shepherds pie is excellent too. Honestly everything tastes great!“

“Amazing food! T is Super friendly and helpful and accommodated my requests. Staff is really friendly also! Thank you!! If you haven’t tried wings from here and reading this, you have to try them!! Thank you T !“

“The Feast in the Box exceeded my expectations. I had placed a phone order and am I ever glad that I did - that place was slammed which is a testament to their business and the food hall in general. It was ready as soon as I walked in and I was pleasantly surprised when I went to lift the very hefty box. When I got home, I was pleased by the perfectly cooked eggs (runny egg yolks make a great sauce) and the delicious variety in cooked meats. It served three very hungry people with a bit left over for lunch tomorrow. Portions: great; flavours: great; service: great!“

“They have some great food, the pizza slices are filled with so many toppings too. The dipping sauce is a little pricey, wish they had a smaller cheaper alternative. The stromboli was alright, I'd rather get the slices, much better deal. The people are friendly and the service is quick.“

“Great meal and quiet dining. Veal was amazing. Our new italian restaurant go to.“

“I recently placed a large order for a company event (20 pizzas, chicken bites, sauces...) and was extremely happy with the quality of food we received! Each pizza was warm and prepared exactly as ordered. Sukhmani was a pleasure to deal with and ensured the order was ready right on time! Definitely reccomend this location!“

“Mancini's is the best place for pizza in Whitby 'Hands Down'...changed from other places that took half the weight out of their product, like we wouldn't notice! We changed to Mancini's and won't go back!! Very clean and lovely family business, Thank you Mancini's !! Susan and Bruce Whitby“

“On Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 12:30 pm, after a mix-up with our reservation at a nearby restaurant, we decided to try Tuscan Wolf Pizzeria. At first, it didn’t seem particularly remarkable, but we were pleasantly surprised. Our waitress, whom I believe was named Lianne, was incredibly friendly and took the time to carefully explain the various menu options to us. The pizza was outstanding and truly reminiscent of what you’d find in southern Italy. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking excellent service and an authentic Italian pizza experience.“

“my daughter recommended this place . I tried it today and will definitely be going to Rosa's again, the food is of great quantity and quality.“

“pizzas are always fresh , vegetables are fresh their wings are cooked perfect , I recommend this place 💯.“

“I had the big breakfast and it was SO good!!!! And really affordable. I feel really bad because I left a bad review last time because it was cold which wasn’t the fault of the restaurant. They asked to rate it and I did. The taste was good even though it was cold likely due to the courier. I ordered again and was so glad I did. This time everything was steaming hot and was really delicious. I will definitely order from here again. Exactly what I was craving!“

“Been here a few times. Great customer service. Friendly and quick. Quality is great. Couple of spots to sit down and eat which aren't usually too busy so you'll likely find a place to sit if that's what you want. Typically I see people getting take out.
Convenient location with plenty of parking and other shops close by to run multiple errands while you're here.“

“We ordered out from Navona Pizzeria Oshawa and we were so pleased with the quality of food. They have a variety of food that is made fresh on site. We have used delivery for a few orders. Both drivers are so nice and super fast. We have also done pick up and the owners are so friendly. The employees are so kind and very helpful. Our pizza was so happy with the food quality. We love the pizza, wings, lasagna, breadsticks and cheesecake.“

“We got the big slice a couple weeks ago and it was absolutely incredible. Easily some of the best tasting pizza I've ever had, and the experience is a ton of fun. The staff is really nice and cares about you having a good experience. Highly recommend Lamanna's for their big slice / pizza especially, but I'm sure everything else on the menu is fantastic as well.“

“I’ve been coming here regularly, and it’s always a great experience. The staff are consistently friendly and greet you with a smile, the restaurant is always clean, and the pizza is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!“

“I don’t usually write reviews, but after several visits to the Pizza Pizza location in Whitby, I genuinely felt this team deserved one. In a time when great customer service is becoming harder to find, this restaurant consistently delivers an experience that goes far beyond expectations.

First and foremost, the pizza is simply outstanding. Every order has been incredibly fresh, perfectly baked, and full of flavor. The crust strikes the ideal balance between crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, while the cheese is always generously layered and melts beautifully. The sauce has a rich, well-balanced taste that complements the toppings instead of overpowering them. Whether it’s a classic pepperoni, deluxe, veggie, or one of their specialty pizzas, every bite tastes like it was made with genuine care and attention.

What impressed me even more is the consistency. Many restaurants can make a great pizza once, but this location does it every single time. The quality never seems to fluctuate. The ingredients are always fresh, vegetables are crisp, meats are flavorful, and everything is evenly distributed across the pizza. It’s clear that the staff take pride in their work rather than simply rushing orders out the door.

The customer service is truly exceptional. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been warm, friendly, patient, and professional. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles and positive attitudes. They take the time to answer questions, offer recommendations, and make sure every order is prepared exactly as requested. Even during busy hours, they remain calm, organized, and courteous to every customer.

One thing that really stands out is how much they care about customer satisfaction. If you have any special requests or dietary preferences, they listen carefully and make every effort to accommodate.“

“Great customer service 👏 infact I grab the napkins it came out lots I gave back said sorry, the boy did say that's fine with politeness, without rudeness ,really appreciate it keep up the great service 👍.
Definitely go back.“

“The food is great, and made fresh to order. A tip i would like to share though: i see so many people look at the menu and walk away because of how expensive it is. But they don’t realize that all the burgers, sandwiches and wraps have fries included in the price. I don’t blame them, that detail is written in small font at the end of the menu lol. Might want to fix that.“

“This location is Consistently reliable , staff are professional and friendly,The pizza is always fresh, with a well-balanced crust and flavorful toppings. “**Great Pizza and Excellent Customer Service!**

I’ve had a great experience at Pizza Pizza in Harwood Plaza, Ajax. The customer service is friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The pizza is always freshly baked, hot, and delicious. One of the best things about this location is that it stays open late, making it a convenient option whenever you’re craving pizza in the evening. The location is also very convenient and easy to access.

Overall, a great place for fresh pizza, friendly service, and late-night cravings. Highly recommended!“
