“It's been almost 10 years since I was last at an East Side Mario's but let me tell you. The service we received last night from Wiktoria and her team was absolutely outstanding! There was 18 of us celebrating my granddaughters 9th birthday. We had Wiktoria running around all night with refills, lots more bread, soup and salads and she always did it with a smile and was extremely quick. The price when the bill came was surprisingly cheap. The Thursday night deal/combo for 2 adults was like $50 bucks and was very delicious! We will be back again soon and a special shout out to the Manager for taking the time to come by to ensure we were satisfied with everything. It's great to see that some restaurants still take pride in the importance of exceptional service. Job well done East Side Mario's!!!“

“I had a fabulous experience here. I had been trying all afternoon to get a Pizza Pizza gift card and this was the only location that had one available. The person who looked after my request was very kind and apologetic that I had been to multiple locations that day. I decided to get a slice of veggie pizza as well while I was there. It was loaded with fresh veggies, the crust was excellent and it was delicious! Excellent food and customer service! Thank you again for your help!“

“We ordered 12 xl pizzas tonight and I am pretty disappointed. One of our volunteers called with the number of slices we needed and instead of being honest, your store did the math with 8 slices in an XL pizza when there should be 12 and added a 12% tip without confirming first. We are a not for profit organization and this cost us over and beyond what it should have.

I messaged the owner who normally takes our order and he responded within 30 minutes to fix the issue. Although I found the store worker to have poor integrity, the owner was the very opposite.

The food was incredible and the customer service is unmatched. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back soon“

“Tonight, we were craving a good pizza. I’m so grateful we came to pizza pizza and had our server be Hubert. When we walked in the restaurant was extremely spacious, well kept, organized and most importantly; clean. The pizzas that were on display could be trusted for the fact of no cross contamination due to the separation and neatness within sections. When we had started ordering (asking abt Halal options as well) it was Hubert who made our experience even more worth it. He led us into ordering a deal instead which had saved us some $. While other corporations may see this as “losing $ from the paying customer”, we see it as creating a comfort towards the buyer to become a loyal customer. Later Hubert had given us a realistic timing and explained our pizza back to us with clear and thoughtful communication. We will be coming back for our comfort warm pizza and Hubert’s warm hospitality. :)“

“Delicious food, generous portions and my boyfriend said he now has "mad sow" disease from being so full. We ordered takeout online and asked for our meals to be made with love - the staff were great at making this happen. They even left nice messages and hearts on the packaging. We shall be back 😊“

“Did the staff change by any chance because, shockingly the pizza tastes divine since the past few times I have been ordering from here. The cheese is just melting in your mouth, the sauce is oozing out on each bite, the toppings are actually existing on the pizza, unlike in the past where they were completely non-existent, and the crust is so soft yet has that crunch to it. Whatever you guys are doing, please don't change because your pizza finally taste delicious.“

The service was super quick, they even gave us free dipping sauces and the pizza was excellent! They were so kind and welcoming while taking our order and never made us feel rushed, even though they were about to close. Really appreciate the great service and delicious food.
