“Don't buy anything from the Mary Browns in Oshawa at King St and Gibbons St. just north of the Oshawa Shopping Center. The past owner were of Asian nationality and the Chicken quality was top notch, and really fresh and hot. The new owners are east Indian nationality. Now, every piece of chicken has broken bones and blood throughout the meat. And it's not cooked properly, and soggy. Smells like the cooking oil was old as well. The staff was uninterested in working there, very sad employees.“

“I had a fabulous experience here. I had been trying all afternoon to get a Pizza Pizza gift card and this was the only location that had one available. The person who looked after my request was very kind and apologetic that I had been to multiple locations that day. I decided to get a slice of veggie pizza as well while I was there. “I recently visited Church’s Texas Chicken on Wednesday, October 7, 2025, and had a fantastic experience. The place easily deserves 5 out of 5 stars!

One of the best things about this location is how affordable it is, especially with the daily specials – it’s perfect for students or anyone looking for a great meal without spending too much. The food was fresh, flavourful, and exactly what you’d hope for in a comfort meal.

“We ordered 12 xl pizzas tonight and I am pretty disappointed. One of our volunteers called with the number of slices we needed and instead of being honest, your store did the math with 8 slices in an XL pizza when there should be 12 and added a 12% tip without confirming first. We are a not for profit organization and this cost us over and beyond what it should have.

I messaged the owner who normally takes our order and he responded within 30 minutes to fix the issue. Although I found the store worker to have poor integrity, the owner was the very opposite.

“Since I moved away from Taunton road East, I've ordered delivery a few times from Uber and such. I've noticed a huge difference in the quality of the Big Mary sandwich. Apparently the Taunton road location changed to this one and their sandwiches were so good. Always tasty and juicy never greasy. The last few times I ordered from different locations, Unaware and the sandwich was very dry and even seemed smaller. Next time I order I'm paying better attention.
I just hope this location is indeed the one previously owned and located on Taunton, East and Simcoe.“

“I've been ordering from this location for years and never had a bad expirence. The staff is always friendly, polite and quick. Pizzas and sides have always been hot and really good. I've never had a problem either with a lack of toppings and cheese like other locations. I'll definitely continue to order from this one whenever I get the chance!“

When we walked in the restaurant was extremely spacious, well kept, organized and most importantly; clean. The pizzas that were on display could be trusted for the fact of no cross contamination due to the separation and neatness within sections. When we had started ordering (asking abt Halal options as well) it was Hubert who made our experience even more worth it. He led us into ordering a deal instead which had saved us some $. While other corporations may see this as “losing $ from the paying customer”, we see it as creating a comfort towards the buyer to become a loyal customer. Later Hubert had given us a realistic timing and explained our pizza back to us with clear and thoughtful communication.
