“Ok so the food is always good. Gets a 4 star for food (being picky) because sometimes there is enough sauce on the pizza and sometimes not. Guess it depends who's making it that day. Service is very prompt. Meals are made quickly. As for the atmosphere its a take out only place so the 4 stars are for the professionalism I see while im in the store and the cleanliness of the place from what I can see from the front. Great pizza!!“

“Yesterday we went to Port Perry for the Willow Tree Farm’s Customer Appreciation Day. As we approached the farm, we saw Haugen's Chicken & Ribs Barbeque along the way. After our visit to Willow Tree Farm, as foodies, we tried Haugen's Chicken and Ribs Combo and Maple and Pecan Butter tart.

The Chicken and Rib Combo was huge as compared to the Chicken and Rib combo we had in a different restaurant in Oshawa. The taste is also far more different. Haugen's was grilled perfectly yet soft. Perhaps they oversee the process of grilling and sourced their meat locally. It was so wonderfully delicious! Their Maple and Pecan Butter Tart was also huge and amazingly delicious!

Rylee served us well. I can not forget her smile when I told her that Haugen's is much better than the Chicken and Ribs restaurant in Oshawa we visited a few days ago. It is not even comparable.

Haugen is about 23 minutes drive away from home. We won’t mind going back.“
