“Port perry manager Elizabeth is fantastic! I am mask exempt and one of the employees told me to a mask up over my nose! I told her NO. There is mask exemptions for a reason and stores must follow them regardless to what employees or owners feel. Elizabeth read what happened and contacted me immediately. I explained everything to her and she informed me this will be addressed and won’t happen again. She agreed that every customer deserves respect and should be treated fairly without discrimination. I was so shocked and impressed that Elizabeth texted because most companies no a day don’t care! Get out! Or call the cops!. Don’t come back! Thank you Elizabeth for dealing with this employee and making it right to educate her on exemptions! Btw the sub was fantastic as it usually is ! Nice & fresh”

“We've been to Old Flame Brewery multiple times at both locations in NewMarket and Port Perry and we always have a good time with good vibes, really good beer and great service and music. Last night we attended beer and cheese pairing event and we were impressed with Ady's passion and knowledge of all things beer. Having been on previous tours at other breweries Ady's was the most informative and comprehensive, as well as fun. And I should add his crowning attribute is his level of engagement with his customers; it really made the night extra special. Thank you.”

“I had to come on and change my review. Im sorry, I hate doing this. Today was a terrible experience, the staff rushed us so quickly, that the subs were more like salads, food was everywhere. Mind you, we were the only 2 in line so there was no need for it.”

“Hubby and I had lunch here today. We had the Garden Chicken Salad with a scone. This is a lovely place. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The salad was so good. Very fresh and tasty. and topped it off with a delicious cranberry scone. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return.”

“One of the better pizza pizza stores. Pizza was cooked perfectly, with generous amount of fresh toppings evenly spreaded. I went before the scheduled pick up time, and they very nicely apologized and asked my to wait for a few more minutes. Also the location is great. I bought the pizza and wings combo and walked across the street and ate in front of the lake.”

You might not get what you expected but they are friendly and accommodating and the food always tastes fresh and delicious! Extra sauces in the bag are much appreciated! “we ordered takeout food here a few days ago, our food was ready quickly even though they were very busy. We left, got home and realized they had forgotten to include the rice we ordered. I called them and the owner said they realized it was still there in the kitchen but we had left. It was very busy, phone and walk in customers, so we totally understood. They were very apologetic and said could we come back, we were 25 min away, so we couldn’t. They took our number and we went back again, got another dish and our rice. Each time we got food that was delicious and hot, very piping hot and good size portions. We will be back.”

“The ladies & gents at this location are top notch! They are professional, have a warm/kind energy to them, and always make a bomb coffee! If in Port Perry I highly suggest the location at the Pioneer gas; instead of the other two locations (Old Simcoe or Wendy's). The service is why I’m writing this review right now though, Darren always goes above and beyond and is just such a pleasure to deal with!
