Spent some time with Lynn the owner today & purchased a large bag of apples & bottle of Ambrosia wine. Although we haven’t yet been to an event there, each time we’ve visited, Lynn & her staff have been very welcoming, knowledgeable and the prices of fruit & wine are excellent!
Asian owners are very racist and was told the owner has closed the doors on the lessee after owner stealing money and over charging lessee. Paid events and families are going to suffer. They have made it clear they do not care about community and all the proms and events will suffer. They have not ran an honest business and have been involved in criminal activity. Ocala Winery & Orchards is a perfect spot for a peaceful family outing or a relaxing afternoon with friends. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with a beautiful orchard full of apples to pick. The apples are crisp, sweet, and absolutely delicious. The wine selections are amazing, and the wine samples are great. The staff are so kind and helpful, with Franca and Lynn, the very friendly owner, going above and beyond. The location is perfect and stunning, especially for a “winery rustic-barn” theme wedding. The barn is gorgeous and holds events. Visitors can also explore the campground and see the white chickens. It is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon chatting with other wine lovers, and everyone feels welcomed.
