Their fries stand out with their exceptional quality – they're perfectly crispy, expertly battered, and just the right level of saltiness. I've dined here multiple times to try out a variety of their menu, and brought friends along for delightful meals. Each visit has been a fantastic experience. My personal favorite is their pizza with burger toppings, and last night, I tried their fish & chips, which was so delicious that I felt compelled to write this review. The restaurant is family-friendly and capable of accommodating large groups, even during busy times, without compromising on the top-notch service. I highly recommend giving it a try and inviting your friends for a great time. “In reply to Maria Galindez review (copied and pasted below)“I called a few times just to make an order for a big party of people and the employee i spoke to was extremely rude because i asked why the bill was almost 100$ for two pizzas 2 wings and chicken tenders when we calculated the bill and it never even came close to 100$ the employee ove the phone was cursing and saying quote “jesus christ” and very bad first impression will never try to order again. if i could give a 0 stars i would”I was at this restaurant while you repeated called the only waitress working (as she was busy with a full restaurant of people) asking multiple questions and taking up her time, resulting in slowing down business in-front of her. I do not blame this waitress at all for being upfront with you after about the fifth call about how much something would cost. I’m not sure where you’re from or what world you’re living in - but 2 pizzas, 2 pounds of wings, and delivery on top of that would easily come to around $100.Our town LIVES for this restaurant and a lot of us are weekly regulars. “Avoid eating here in future. Yesterday I ordered HALIBUT and chips and paid for HALIBUT ($18.99), but instead got a piece of COD (or HADDOCK), which are the cheaper cuts of fish on the market, coming out at around 60% the price of halibut at other places where they serve both. When I took it back, they insisted that they've given me halibut. There is a big difference in the texture between cod and halibut. The former is soft, mushy, more moist, and does not flake; the latter is firm and the flesh is drier and flakes like a "W". I was not in the mood to argue and left it at that. For the information of the dude who dismissed my complaint, I know my fishes, whether fresh water or deep sea, and have hooked all those mentioned, including halibut in my lifetime”

“The owner is the MAN! I go to a local gym here where members get deals at this bar burrito location. My card declined ( insufficient funds lol) and he said don’t worry about it man, I trust a spectrum member! Damn man. The food is unreal, the restaurant is clean, and of course the service is unreal! Jill (like jack and Jill he once told me) runs this place amazingly! You gotta go, won’t regret it!”

“The thin crust pizzas are absolutely delicious. Really enjoyed the Caesar salad that is large enough to share as an appetizer. They serve the whole romaine head drizzled with a delicious garlic dressing, bacon, and Parmesan. We tried two of the desserts and both were great, but the chocolate mousse was the best. Nice wine options by the glass!”

“Been here a few times, the ice cream is really good. My fiancé lives in Lindsay, but I’m American (NY). Honestly we always have a lot of options for toppings in America, and I’ve noticed toppings aren’t as much of a thing in Canada. So it’s a little different than I’m used to. But the number of flavors they have here kinda makes up for that.Giving ‘service’ two stars, because they goofed up and tried to overcharge us by like 10 whole dollars once lol”

“I went there recently with 3 other people for dinner. The food was excellent and plentiful. I have to say the service was absolutely top notch. One person I was with had an issue with their meal and the waitress was perfectly polite and rectified the problem eagerly within minutes. I was very impressed. These people know how to treat their customers. Needless to say I will be revisiting them again. It was an exceptional dining experience.”

They have cheese both from within Canada and abroad.The staff is always polite and ready to offer a suggestion for cheeses to pair with your meal.They also have a selection of meats such as salami, roast beef, liverswurst, and csabai.In addition to meat, they also have other European food such as soups, sweets and sandwiches.If you want a taste of Europe, I definitely recommend checking Euro Delight out.”

“My family and I have been to Needful Things several times now! We love it and would recommend anyone to stop by. The atmosphere is so comfortable and entertaining. We recently tried some of their new popcorn “Jingle Bell Pops” and WOW this was a fantastically delicious new snack. Our only regret is that we didn’t purchase more ! “My husband and I had the Buffalo jailbird sandwich and shared a poutine. One of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever eaten, the poutine was amazing. “Just picked up my usual...a Greek wrap with quinoa. It was over stuffed with fresh spring mix, veggies, feta, and the most amazing lemon vinaigrette. It was crisp, super fresh and delicious. When I compare the cost, quality and questionable nutrition of the average fast food meal - fresh fuel wins hands down.As an added bonus, I find the folks preparing my meal are always lovely.Thank you for an awesome lunch.M”
