“I had a great experience at this Pizza Pizza location. The service was extremely quick, and my order was ready faster than expected. The pizza was fresh, hot, and tasted delicious. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service.

What really stood out was how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. Compared to other Pizza Pizza locations in Oshawa, this store is noticeably cleaner and more organized. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be ordering from this location again. Highly recommended!“

“We ordered 12 xl pizzas tonight and I am pretty disappointed. One of our volunteers called with the number of slices we needed and instead of being honest, your store did the math with 8 slices in an XL pizza when there should be 12 and added a 12% tip without confirming first. We are a not for profit organization and this cost us over and beyond what it should have.

I messaged the owner who normally takes our order and he responded within 30 minutes to fix the issue. Although I found the store worker to have poor integrity, the owner was the very opposite.

Glad we ordered it well done as it had the perfect crunch to the crust and bottom but they forgot to put onions on it as ordered. other then that, pizza was good, ready early (but I arrived early so it was perfect and I got a timely notification when it was finished). I had at lease 6 toppings on the pizza so they did a great job cooking a pizza with so many toppings (minus forgetting a topping lol)“

“I ordered during a street festival that I was a vendor at - and not only did the Oshawa location call to give a heads up about the event, they even hand delivered it to my booth and then even followed up to ask how it was. Shortly after, he introduced us to Jovani, who served us throughout our visit. Jovani provided excellent customer service and checked on us regularly to make sure everything was okay. He also asked if there was anything else we needed during our meal. Overall, we had a very good experience and truly appreciated the friendly and attentive service.“

Sometimes it’s here in 30 mins no prob, others, it’s two hours. Unfortunately those are always the situations where a kids birthday party timing is depending on it and it shows up 2 hours after order time. But that’s life. It’s the best tasting pizza in the area, and the big foot is the best value for the dollar around. Best for parties.As far as atmosphere, the one we normally go to for pickup at rossland square is simply a pickup spot. There might be one single short bar across the windows but it’s not inviting to eat-in in any way. Would need a larger space to be able to keep a few tables for eat-in. So takeout and delivery it is. Which is fine, because the pizza is fire.“
