“I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Pizza location for about a year now and have probably placed over 50 orders. Every single time I’ve received amazing service and consistently high quality food. The pizzas are always delicious, with generous toppings and made exactly as ordered.

Whenever I’ve gone in to pick up my order, the restaurant has always been clean and well-maintained. The staff consistently follow proper food safety and cleanliness procedures, which is something I really appreciate.

The owner/manager is also incredibly kind and does an amazing job running this location. You can tell she genuinely cares about both the customers and the quality of the food. It’s hard to find a restaurant that’s this consistent, but this location has never let me down.

“We ordered 12 xl pizzas tonight and I am pretty disappointed. One of our volunteers called with the number of slices we needed and instead of being honest, your store did the math with 8 slices in an XL pizza when there should be 12 and added a 12% tip without confirming first. We are a not for profit organization and this cost us over and beyond what it should have.

I messaged the owner who normally takes our order and he responded within 30 minutes to fix the issue. Although I found the store worker to have poor integrity, the owner was the very opposite.

“Had the Large unlimited topping pizza for 13.99 and it was delicious. Glad we ordered it well done as it had the perfect crunch to the crust and bottom but they forgot to put onions on it as ordered. other then that, pizza was good, ready early (but I arrived early so it was perfect and I got a timely notification when it was finished). I had at lease 6 toppings on the pizza so they did a great job cooking a pizza with so many toppings (minus forgetting a topping lol)“

“Our family stops here frequently when coming to visit family in Oshawa. The staff is absolutely fantastic. They greet us like we are family every time we come in. The food is always wonderful and cooked to perfection. They treat our hearing impaired daughter so special and have even offered to let her help make her own pizza. “Ordered delivery, has been my husband’s fave forever. Like, 25 years. Pizza is AMAZING, delivery time is hit and miss depending on which people are working. Sometimes it’s here in 30 mins no prob, others, it’s two hours. Unfortunately those are always the situations where a kids birthday party timing is depending on it and it shows up 2 hours after order time. But that’s life. It’s the best tasting pizza in the area, and the big foot is the best value for the dollar around. Best for parties.As far as atmosphere, the one we normally go to for pickup at rossland square is simply a pickup spot. There might be one single short bar across the windows but it’s not inviting to eat-in in any way. Would need a larger space to be able to keep a few tables for eat-in. So takeout and delivery it is. Which is fine, because the pizza is fire.“
