“I carried my 5 week old into the storefront in her carseat, and everyone was so nice and accommodating. A delivery driver held the door as I walked in. When I was carrying my child and the pizza out, an employee walked out from behind the counter to hold the door for me.“

“We usually go here for drinks and appetizers on the patio while the kids eat . We went for dine in the other night for dinner and got the Nashville chicken and bbq maple burger w Caesar salad . Overall service and environment was good but the food wasn’t the best tbh , salad lacked of dressing (bit watery ) and burger was pretty thin overdone patty .. will be back but probably stick to our normal drinks and apps“

“I placed an order for pickup at 12:15. I’m not sure what happened with the order but they had to look for it and it was not ready yet, i understand as things happen all the time in fast food. The men working were so nice and made the food in 10 minutes. What could’ve been a not so good experience was a great experience because of the costumer service. Thank you.“

“This branch of pizzaville is by far the best in terms of consistency, quality of food, and service!!!

My brother and I frequent this location because the staff are extremely friendly and they put more effort in their pizzas than anyone in Ontario. We make the drive from Scarborough because we know it's worth it and they will never let us down.

“Pizza was good, plenty of options and friendly staff.
Be warned: we called and ordered but restaurant never got our order. They made us wait when we went to pick it up. They didn’t have the drinks or dips that we ordered over the phone. Apparently, when you call, it gets routed to a call center and they send the order to the store. I recommend going to the store and ordering in person.
This happened the only time from them so I’ll update after the next time we order over the phone.

He helped me carry things to the door and bypassed the request for tip automatically on the payment pad, which prompted me to leave a tip as I'm tired of being pushed to do so everywhere I go.
