Used to order several times a week, now I almost never do because you overcharge FAR too much. $7 for a "Delivery fee" that doesn't go to a driver but goes to your corporate instead? Screw you. You barely take phone orders, everything goes through your site or app and you STILL charge more than ever before. No thanks.
I rarely get to order pizza, not in my budget. Anytime I do, it's always Dominos and it has always been hot and delicious. I was really disappointed yesterday. Using their tracker, I could see when the order was 'out for delivery.' Driver didn't leave for over 10 minutes. Figured he was waiting for another order. Instead of delivering mine first, he went to the other delivery first, so my order was barely warm and the pizza itself was definitely not up to Domino's standard. Driver...read full review
Several terrible visits to a few different locations with no resolution. I’ve even contacted the main office before & they said they’d clear it up. It never got cleared up. Another location told me they’d credit me back my $50 after I had to return to the store. I tried to cash in that credit & they said they had no idea what I was talking about.
