About Lucullus Bakery (Yonge)

Based on six reviews, Lucullus Bakery (Yonge) is a top notch bakery and a go-to spot for many. The crunchy cookie crust bao filled with custards, chicken puff, and deep fried crab meat bun are some favorites, and most stuff is solid and very well priced. The Hong Kong Style milk tea is great, with no sugar added and sugar on the side so customers can adjust their sweetness. It is hand poured right after purchase for customization. However, the steamed rice set was bland and a smaller portion size, and is not recommended for someone who is hungry or a bigger eater. The spare rib and rice lunch is a favorite, super comforting, but it often sells out by 1 PM. The bakery is small and does not have a ton of selections for buns. A small piece of plastic was found in a coffee bun. The coconut bun was very mid, dry on the exterior with not a lot of filling. The bakery currently has no indoor or outdoor seatings, so it is strictly takeout only. Prices have gone up, but that has happened everywhere.
