Nice food! Friendly waiters. The best waiters Ghenet and Jin.
Morning breakfast is lovely with the option of a Breakfast Buffet or ordering off a menu. Staff is attentive and friendly. Food is very good and plentiful. A wonderful way to start your day!
I have stayed at the Novotel multiple times over the past 6 years. While the food and drinks are what you would expect and are still great, the service has always been outstanding. Specifically if you get the chance to meet Ghnet at night in the bar or Adam on breakfast service. They just know how to treat people and are a factor in staying at the Novotel when I come to town. Cannot say enough about both these people and their commitment to service.

Trio Restaurant & Bar (Novotel) is a hidden gem open to all, not just hotel guests. It is good for families, groups, and smaller parties. The food is always very good, with buffet breakfasts, Easter brunch, and a Christmas Buffet Lunch mentioned. It is good value for money and not as busy as other restaurants. The service is outstanding, exceptional, and very friendly. The team goes above and beyond, with excellent customer service and care. For events, a smaller menu is available, and the charcuterie and wine combo is great and generous. The atmosphere is comfortable. The coffee is amazing, and a breakfast to go bowl is offered. The food always hits the spot, though there are not a lot of choices. Enjoy a bowl of chips with a lovely glass of wine.
