A truly special dining experience on all fronts.
I had a good time at Fishbone kitchen, this is a great spot to go if you love fish and wine the best time to go is on the weekend. Highly suggest if you are in the area.
What a fantastic find in Aurora. The atmosphere is lovely and perfect for a relaxed meal. Everything we ordered was prepared with such care and attention to detail.
We were particularly impressed by the fresh oysters served over a bed of ice. They were absolutely perfect, especially with a squeeze of lemon and a drop of hot sauce. I also really enjoyed the warm flatbread topped with garlic and herbs. We will definitely be coming back here again soon.

Fresh oysters were delicious, bone marrow steak tartare was amazing, the best ever had. The shrimp pasta dish was loaded with shrimp that were plump and perfectly cooked in a delicate sauce that was so smooth and flavourful. The seared tuna chef's choice was a delight. Topping it off with a perfectly made Monte Cristo which is typically so hard to find. The chocolate mousse with peanut butter chantilly cream and candied peanuts was devoured. The food was beautifully plated and visually a work of art. Customers enjoyed savouring every single bite. This restaurant is a fave dining destination, quickly becoming a monthly destination for celebrations and catch-ups. The menu is both elevated and accessible and the execution of each dish is consistently excellent. The front-of-house staff are warm, attentive, knowledgeable and skilfully deliver a comfortable fine dining experience. This typical strip mall exterior hides the calm, coastal-like vibe within. Highly recommend.
