Loved the Christmas decorations! Food and service good.
Was there for lunch but the music was so loud we had to shout to be heard. Don’t mind music while eating but the volume was quite annoying. People across from us commented they did not enjoy the music or its volume.
We were going to come to Jack’s with another couple for dinner but have changed our plans due to the noise level.
They are an awesome place with awesome staff , definitely my favourite go to place for food and drinks! Friendly atmosphere friendly staff that all go above and beyond and Danny the manager is super cool and accommodating!! Your crazy if you haven’t been to this location , will never go to a different one ❤️ Love this place!!

The restaurant is kid-friendly and accommodating for special occasions. The food is consistently excellent, making it a place worth visiting multiple times. The service is beyond amazing and the General Manager made customers feel so welcome. The chicken sandwich is AMAZING and the atmosphere is great, cozy and romantic. Servers are wonderful, super friendly, kind, very attentive and welcoming, making for an amazing evening. Jack's Newmarket is becoming a go-to dining destination for many, reinforcing its reputation for good food and warm hospitality.
