I placed an order tonight, August 18, 2026, for two Spicy Deluxe combos. The man who helped us was very friendly, kind, and helpful. I didn’t get his name, but I’m including the date so you can identify who was working that evening.
He took our order and handled the payment. The wait time was very quick, and while we were waiting, we noticed how clean everything was, including the drink machine. Everything was fully stocked and well maintained.

The customer service is usually okay.
Main issue is with the portions. When ordering the 6-piece chicken box, the pieces can sometimes be quite small, which feels a bit disappointing considering the price. The fries can also be a little light on the portion sometimes.
The food is generally good and the location is convenient. Overall, it’s an okay Popeyes, but I’d like to see more consistent portion sizes for the price.
