We always go to this Wendy’s as it’s close to home and are always so happy but with the service but tonight the good service was lacking. The lady at the speaker sounded like she did not want to be there, our order was wrong, drink sizes wrong and fries. They were not very friendly and apologetic about it. Typical fast food but I have to say, my pet peeve with these places is when they act like you’re not standing at the register waiting to order. Two workers kept coming to the front and leaving multiple times ignoring me. No “hi, just one moment” or nothing. It’s dismissive, it’s rude and that is NOT customer service but yet, you’re working a customer service based job. Please do better: we aren’t begging you, we are paying to eat.

On Saturday evening, we tried the NEW Chicken wrap. It comes with 2 pieces and they call them Snack size. My boyfriend and I got 1 and shared it. Within a 1/2 hour he wasn't feeling well, had to go to the bathroom multiple time that night and all the next day. He also had heartburn and burping all day.
