Haven't had the food yet so can't rate it. Told 5 minutes for fresh tenders 20 minutes later I'm told they forgot to drop them. This isn't the first time is a regular occurrence every time I come here. I remember why I haven't been here for a while the best they have is to say I'm sorry. Don't seem interested in having return customers.Edit. Food was pretty good and they gave 3 extra tenders at no charge for the inconvenience.

Came to this location at 8:50 pm ordered food. I was told it would take 20 mins so I left my son at Popeyes and ran to the store. I'm almost back to Popeyes when my son phones and asks how long I'll be. As I pull up in front of Popeyes he tells me they handed him the food then threw him out stating they closed at 9pm.He watched a customer walk in a minute later. They refused to serve him told him they were closed and to leave. Website says open until 11pm. The hours listed on the window says 11pm. I think the owners should keep an eye on the management. Seems this location closed hours before they are supposed to. Oh my food was cold since it was ready in 10 mins not 20 mins and my son waited in the cold outside for 10 mins until I got back.

BRUTAL. Chef touched garbage then I saw him cooking food, Waited 40 minutes for a chicken sandwich that came with pickles only, French fries not even cooked. Service and people working there are so lazy and terrible. I couldn’t believe the service. This place won’t be here long, look at other reviews. Just awful. Stay clear of this poorly managed Popeyes. Take your business elsewhere.
When went there today. The manager was extremely rude. First when my husband asked to use the bathroom....he jumped up pit his chair a said PAYING CUSTOMERS ONLY.....my husband said..yes...that's fine. And asked if he said order now...or afternoon he uses the washroom. They the other lady employee said.. no no..use the washroom that's fine.I waited at the cashier to order.....and observed the manager shaking his head.When our order was ready...he yelled out our order....and he said..3 MILD...I said...umm we ordered 2 mild..1 spicy. I took out the boxes and did as well....he switched the boxes out...gave me a broken box.When he came back with the rest of the order...I said...thank you..but can I have a different box...this one is broken.Rudely he said...MAME. thats how they are! I said NO actually they aren't. As I showed him the other 2 boxes that were in tact. I said thank you and LEFT!Extremely rude and judgemental I am not interested in buying from this particular location AGAIN.

Oh man, let me tell you about Popeyes Chicken! ? It's hands down one of my absolute favorite fast food joints. The chicken is so crispy and flavorful, it's like a party in your mouth! And don't even get me started on their biscuits, they're like fluffy clouds of goodness. ? The Cajun spices they use really give their food a unique and tasty kick. Plus, their sides like mashed potatoes and mac and cheese are the perfect comfort food. If you're ever craving some seriously delicious fried chicken, Popeyes is the place to go! Trust me, you won't be disappointed. ??
