The veal was so tender and fall off the bone goodness. My smoked Old Fashion was just as smooth with an after taste of a good cigar. Our experienced server, Roberto(?), made the evening the most enjoyable ever. He was engaging, fun, personable, and made us felt welcome and helped us with our food and wine selection as well, as this was our first time here. But it certainly won't be our last. One of the best dinning and date night experiences!“

“We had our wedding dinner at Nascosto and could not have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, the staff was amazing and helped organize every detail with so much care and attention. “This is my favourite pizza. The slices are traditional Roman slice, “al taglio” (by-the-cut), where slices are cut and purchased by their weight. They have rotating test recipes which are always a please, I recommend the ‘balsamico’ if they have it, and their potato with proscuitto. Does not disappoint, and is the closest thing to Italian pizza in the GTA!“

“We had a family event last night at their restaurant. I can't stress how great the value is here, and the food quality was top shelf. I have eaten food cooked by some of the best chefs in the world and this was every bit as good. the staff were attentive but not at all intrusive. very accommodating for our large group of 15 people. Their shrimp and calamari platter was cooked perfectly, not at all rubbery, with a divine sauce to dip. Pasta nicely al denté. Calabrese antipasto, nice bread spread. Perfect, and I do mean PERFECTLY, cooked steak, chicken, and sausages. Their pizza is simple but lovely balanced between crisp and chewy. Not too thick, not too thin. Arancini were great. I highly recommend them for your next family event, or just a quiet night out for the family! Thank you to all the staff and the chef for making our family event a success, and we look forward to seeing you again soon!“

“Came here for a business lunch and was surprisingly pleased with my meal.

The service was NOT bad, but I don’t remember feeling that it was particularly good. Definitely nothing to complain about, but nothing to rave about either. Our server took our orders fairly efficiently, and the food didn’t take very to come out.

Our appetizers were extremely good, especially the gnocco frito, which had a honey glaze on them. I had the wild boar bolognese, which I think wasn’t on the menu, but was a special. I really enjoyed it, and it was a good portion size.

All in all, I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.“

“I’ve been to this restaurant several times. Food is absolutely amazing and for this reason alone I will return. But as far as the owner is concerned … was very disappointed how he treated us. He basically kicked us out of our seats. The couple sitting next to us who were there already when we were seated were still there enjoying their time yet Walter asked my friend and I to leave because he had the next guests waiting. My guess is he had no problem asking us to leave because we were two females hence the reason he felt he could bully us, however, it would be a different story had he asked a couple to leave. Long story short, not impressed with Walter to say the least but food is exceptional!!“

From booking the reservation to dinner, Mica was very professional, kind and attentive. Good tvs for a game (World Cup game was on). Appeared to be a good number of 'regulars' at the bar area who knew each other and the bartender. Small patio area out front, if you prefer. Interior is a little tired, but that's neither here nor there.“

“Spacious venue with a euro casual vibe. there were guests dressed up and guests dressed casually. We went for a Birthday celebration and were a group of 15. First and foremost the service was fantastic. We had Lucien as our server and he made the celebration experience memorable. He was serving quite a few tables but it felt like he was only serving ours. Hard to find servers like that these days. The great service extends to the busser team as well. We never felt wanting.

“Was a bit weary about this place as it is in a hotel and most Marriott hotels don’t even have decent food.

This was probably the best Italian food we have had in the area…. A lot to say bordering Woodbridge.
