Chelsea was very friendly, helpful, a people person and she made our dining experience easier, comfortable and happy. She was very positive and optimistic. “Hands down one of my favourite spots! Have been coming here for years. Food is always great, and everything I've tried has been good, but the grilled calamari is a must! Crave it! Service is pretty good, it's always busy, so staff can be overwhelmed sometimes, but they're always polite and courteous. Busy spot, can be loud if that is not your thing, but great for sports games as there are 47283758714 TVs lol“
“Fine dining and quality meals! Came here with my family on a Saturday night and not only was the food amazing but the service and ambience were likewise. Our host, Faris, was friendly and very well disposed. He made sure we had great seating and continually checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. Once again, the food was amazing! When it came, it was fresh and hot! The kids also enjoyed their meals (which doesn't happen much) so props to Jack's for dealing with that! Overall, the service was amazing and so were all the dishes. Will definitely come here again and recommend to others!!!“
“This location is one of the best for me. If you haven't had the wings, your missing out. I will always go back to this one. He staff are great, the service, the vibe and food. We went on a Saturday night with friends and they had a live dj. Loved it! I had a burger (can't remember which one) but it was so damn good lol. I highly recommend!“

“So I went to this restaurant on August 8th this week for a social event, and the onion rings and chicken fingers were good and the service was good. However, if you require news captioning, there is something wrong with the TVs or with the service that the restaurant uses which prevents them from being able to turn on closed captioning for the CP24 news channel. I was very confused as to why the staff I asked said no to me - I genuinely believed discrimination at first. However, someone from the social attempted to navigate the menus and the option for closed captioning was grayed out and not selectable. I hope that issue can be corrected in due time around the TV and/or the service as captioning has many beneficiaries and I would hate for the restaurant to miss out on repeat business because of that. My recommendation is thus based on the service around food. Numerically, everything overall is a 4 out of 5.“
“A pleasant and welcoming place to dine with family and friends..although the waitresses were accommodating they tend to forget the number of tables they have to attend to. The food and dessert were very inviting and mouth watering.. it gave us time to communicate with each other.“

The best thing about this hotel is the amazing quest restaurant it is absolutely insane quality everything is fresh and 10/10 everyone in there is super friendly and my compliments to the chefs! Amazing job! This hotel has everything you could ever want from a hotel and I haven't even been to the pool or the big crazy water slide! This hotel is huge! “I came into this restaurant on the evening of March 25, 2025.Just had a steak meal after a long day working remotely in my hotel room, after my flight was delayed. I didn't have a car with me, nor did I want to walk to another restaurant, so I thought I'd give this restaurant a chance as it's conveniently located in the hotel.For the food, it's pretty decent for the price point, so if you're more value food oriented, this could be a good spot for you. My steak was seasoned well, and the peppercorn sauce was tasty. It's not a top tier cut of course, but if you wanted something affordable and made right to what you ask, this is a good choice. Kudos to the chef for doing medium rare, right.I think what particularly made my experience very good was the Bartender named Pauline. I was looking at the menu outside and she called me into the restaurant in a very endearing way. She could see I was tired and hungry, and I joined her at the bar for dinner for one. She was pleasant and friendly, and kept the right amount of time with me on how my meal was doing and helping with other guests coming from the hotel.She actively called in guests to come into the restaurant, made them feel welcome and I saw her several times thanking guest as they were leaving for coming in despite being a bit busy at times with other guests. Seems like the other guests were happy chatting with her and thanking her as well.Having worked in the hospitality industry myself at one point in my life, it's nice to see someone who just seems like she genuinely cares about what she does and how she makes others feel.Kudos to you Pauline, and thank you for the great service and mini chat on life, while singing REM with me at the bar to help bring my spirits up.To the owners, I kindly ask you share some recognition to Paul and the chef in the heart of house.“
