“Had dinner with my Cuz to get caught up after months of not seeing each other. We had a wonderful dinner and our server, Mya, was so very pleasant and helpful. It was fairly quiet when we came in so she gave my cousin and I plenty of room and time to enjoy dinner and dessert. She had a great sense of humor and provided excellent service the entire time. Sadly, this is somewhat rare these days to have such friendly service and a pleasant experience in a restaurant. Five stars across the board.“

“Jenn at Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill is absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, welcoming, and super attentive. She made sure our drinks were always full, our food came out perfectly, and checked in just the right amount without being overbearing.

What really stood out was her positive attitude and professionalism — she made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.

If you’re dining at Chuck’s Roadhouse, definitely ask for jenn She made our visit a 10/10. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“A pleasant and welcoming place to dine with family and friends..although the waitresses were accommodating they tend to forget the number of tables they have to attend to. The food and dessert were very inviting and mouth watering.. it gave us time to communicate with each other.“

“This hotel restaurant has the nicest staff. We met the bartender, Joe, the first night when he promised to play the World Cup for us and he even remembered us when he saw us later that afternoon. Ana in the morning always was incredibly friendly and she even let us work in the restaurant after breakfast one morning. Stephanie in the evening was also very nice. She got us a quick drink one night right before they closed.

The food is good for a hotel restaurant. And the atmosphere is comfortable but the staff are what made it a nice place to relax while we were staying at the hotel.“

“Attended trivia night on Wednesday and had a blast. The trivia was the right amount of challenge for a bunch of middle aged folks which seemed to be the crowd attending. The topics were varied including puzzles, music, general knowledge etc., so something for everyone. It makes for a really fun activity to do with friends. Overall vibe was fun and folks got pretty serious about their trivia. Apparently it does fill up so make a reservation before you go. It starts around 7:30pm and we were done by 9:15pm.

Food and service was also great. We shared the macho nachos which were truly huge and loaded. Easily for 5-6 people to share as an app. I also had the bang bang bowl which was delicious. Loved the crispy chickpeas. My husband ordered the margarita pizza which was ok. The lavender tea spritz mocktail was really good too. I asked for less sweet and it was perfect. Overall the food is good and servings are generous. But it is definitely not cheap. Also the service was pretty good considering it was quite busy.

“So I went to this restaurant on August 8th this week for a social event, and the onion rings and chicken fingers were good and the service was good. However, if you require news captioning, there is something wrong with the TVs or with the service that the restaurant uses which prevents them from being able to turn on closed captioning for the CP24 news channel. I was very confused as to why the staff I asked said no to me - I genuinely believed discrimination at first. However, someone from the social attempted to navigate the menus and the option for closed captioning was grayed out and not selectable. I hope that issue can be corrected in due time around the TV and/or the service as captioning has many beneficiaries and I would hate for the restaurant to miss out on repeat business because of that. My recommendation is thus based on the service around food. Numerically, everything overall is a 4 out of 5.“

“Popped into the Pump House Grille after the MSO Symphony in the Park and had the best club sandwich I’ve had in years!!!! The food was delicious and our server Laura C was incredibly friendly, efficient and considerate, double checking our order due to some restrictions. Very grateful for a lovely experience! “This isn’t just a hotel restaurant! This puts a lot of other places on notice. Never had a bad meal, and the deserts are def worth trying.
If you are fortunate enough to get Pam and Pauline, you are in luck! These ladies are so friendly, wonderful company and always ensure you are taken care of.“

Cameron was the most pleasant server I’ve encountered in an ages.
Came for a bite with a friend I hadn’t seen for some time and she made the experience exceptional.
Food was on point, drinks were wet.
Rooftop patio with Cameron is the only to do it.“

“I had breakfast at Bar 120 Thursday before boarding my flight. It started by me walking by and asking Lea (the waitress) if it was possible to just get a bagel and coffee versus the full menu packages on the menu. Lea told me it was. From that moment I received the kindest, warmest and most personable service I can recall receiving in a long time. It was moving and made my morning. Look for Lea if you go.“
