She was patient with our kids when some took longer ordering, and made us all feel so welcome and taken care of. She went above and beyond to make the evening special. “My family and I had a great time. We took advantage of 1/2 apps after 9. Jess is a lovely server, and my family agreed when she first greeted us. It’s Friday night and it’s really busy, but the whole team was very welcoming and warm. They were playing 80s rock which was awesome.“

“We stopped here on our way through Mississauga and were not disappointed. I ordered a cob salad with steak. The salad had heirloom tomato, blue cheese chunks, real strips of bacon, soft boiled egg, and the steak was cooked perfectly to medium rare. My husband got a full rack of ribs with fries. The ribs were fall of the bone, perfectly coated in sauce and the fries were fresh and crispy. Two classic meals done perfectly.

Service was great. Parking plentiful. Located inside the Hilton Mississauga.“

“I had a fantastic lunch experience at The Clarkson Pump & Patio! 🍔 The food was absolutely delicious, and I really enjoyed the vibe of the place. The service was quite good, very attentive. I'd definitely recommend it for a casual meal out.“

“So I went to this restaurant on August 8th this week for a social event, and the onion rings and chicken fingers were good and the service was good. However, if you require news captioning, there is something wrong with the TVs or with the service that the restaurant uses which prevents them from being able to turn on closed captioning for the CP24 news channel. I was very confused as to why the staff I asked said no to me - I genuinely believed discrimination at first. However, someone from the social attempted to navigate the menus and the option for closed captioning was grayed out and not selectable. I hope that issue can be corrected in due time around the TV and/or the service as captioning has many beneficiaries and I would hate for the restaurant to miss out on repeat business because of that. My recommendation is thus based on the service around food. Numerically, everything overall is a 4 out of 5.“

The food was delicious and our server Laura C was incredibly friendly, efficient and considerate, double checking our order due to some restrictions. Very grateful for a lovely experience! Roc’n Doc’s rooftop patio on a late-summer Monday is supposed to be the quiet chapter. Soft air, last-call-of-August light over Lakeshore, Jays on the TV, regulars doing the thing regulars do. Instead the universe handed us a remote that had taken a vow of silence, a McMaster guy who approached that remote like it was a midterm he hadn’t studied for, and Bob’s last night before Ottawa steals him.
Nathalie handled all of it like she’d been training for this specific sitcom her whole career.
The TV would not go to the Jays. Not “wrong input.” Not “give it a second.” Full spiritual refusal. The McMaster gentleman — bright, polite, absolutely lost — clicked every button except the one that mattered, then stared at the remote the way a first-year stares at a closed library. Nathalie appeared, did not sigh, did not lecture, just took the thing, performed some small act of witchcraft, and the game was on. No speech. No “I’ve got it.” Just competence wearing a smile.
Then Bob. Long-time regular. Last night before the move. The whole staff treated him like the place was losing a load-bearing wall, which, from the hugs and the extra fuss, it was. Nathalie kept the drinks moving, the table cleared, the send-off feeling like a send-off instead of a checkout. That’s the job done at the next level: making the night about the people in it, not the chaos around it.
Someone called her Clarice. Silence of the Lambs energy on a Port Credit patio. She did not flinch. She dropped a clean “that’s what she said” that landed so well the table had to recover. A woman at the next table called her a vixen — and yes, a vixen is the younger, sharper model of cougar, which tracks. Nathalie took the compliment, kept working, and still remembered who needed what.
Beautiful night. End of summer. Patio doing what that patio does when the weather cooperates. The Jays eventually appeared because Nathalie made them appear. Bob got a proper last night because the staff, led by the woman whose name has an h, decided it would be one.
If you need a Monday to feel like someone is actually in charge — of the remote, the regulars, the jokes, and the last warm evening of the season — sit where Nathalie can see you. Five stars, extra for spelling her name correctly.“

“I often fly through Toronto Pearson Airport, but this is the first time I try Bar 120 because I never thought they serve food. They might be the destination for drinks at the airport, but the food is actually exquisite, and the service is top notch. Editha was one of the best waitresses I've ever come across. Her genuine friendliness and big smile is exemplary and customer service at its best.

I highly recommend this spot. It's located in Terminal 1, past security in the Canada (Domestic) Departures area, near Gate D20. I plan to stop by whenever I'm passing through Pearson Airport.“
