“To the Bartender who rushed out and ran to bring me back my wallet before I left to get on my train (believe it was a UK gentleman) - give this guy a RAISE, he noticed I left my wallet and caught me (winded out of breath from chasing me) before I got to Union Station. This is Customer Service at its finest. This isn't my first interaction with this gentleman either, he's always provided top tier service when I travel for work. Hire more people like this!

“The owner of the establishment is amazing and so is the female server so much that we came back the following week and we were met with a very different outcome. We had a tall male server with piercings who was rude, didnt offer us or anyone for a fact a glass of water, the drinks were not up to par like the previous week however regardless the food was always great. We will be back again just on the days we know he wont be there.“

“Awesome local dive with reasonably priced wings and beer. Great venue for to watch sports and they've got a really detailed menu with burgers, dumplings, fries, and so many sauces for your wings! To top it off, Shirlleya's an awesome host and bartender.“

“This is our favourite neighborhood pub. Cozy fireplaces in the winter, back patio oasis in the summer. Front patio on nice days for brunch. We eat here whenever we are too lazy to cook or do dishes because the menu has a nice range, the food is good + reasonably priced and the vibes are low-key. They have the BEST wings (with the side of carrots & celery and the chunky proper blue cheese dressing) This place is honestly such a comfort and good for most occasions.“

“I took some coworkers for a social gathering after work. Unbeatable prices with house lager on draft at $7 a pint for happy hour. There is a great non alcoholic beer selection which was enjoyed by the nine drinkers. We ordered two orders of wings, nachos, dumplings and a few other appetizers. I can honestly say this is some of the best pub food in the city and there is real unique, home cooked depth to each item. I will be back for the wings. The veggie burger is also one of my faves and it’s reassuring to have a reliable, tasty longstanding gem right off of Trinity Bellwoods. Pat provided us excellent and attentive service and we left feeling taken care of and thoroughly satisfied with the experience. 10/10 recommend.“

Quality slipped a little -- compared to when they were in the basement -- but they are solid skewers.

The skewer sizes are pretty small, but they give a lot. Total volume is about the same as other locations, but you get a much better surface area to mass ratio on the meats. This makes the skewers more heavily spiced“

Rude staff and an even more rude owner... don't bother complaining about anything because you're just going to get cussed at... absolutely appalling behavior... the usual crowd are loud obnoxious and seriously over their limits. I've witnessed tables and chairs falling all over the place on many occasions because people are way too intoxicated to think. The owner acts like he's untouchable and says things like " you're in a bar what do you expect " . I expect to be treated as a paying customer. Never going there again. also... one of the servers is literally always drunk out of her mind... my very first visit she was crying about her ex... and almost every time I ordered wings SHE GOT MY ORDER WRONG....over and over again!! let's just say ive had many free wings and stuff from her as an apology... I gave them a chance. several actually. but after that conversation with the owner.... im done. DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!“

“We went there because I'd read that the food was outstanding. Well, it was good, but we've had better burgers elsewhere. But a bottle of decent Australian Shiraz was $30. These days, a real bargain. However, a big shout out to our server Ebony. Her smile made our night, she was attentive and helpful. Overall, a good experience, but there are so many other places to try.“

“Service was fantastic! Food also great! I had pork belly and the husband had the octopus and it was sooo good. Our drink of choice is Hendrix and tonic with lime and the bar tender added a thin slice of cucumber and that was mind blowing to us. Really good and the way we'll have it from now on.

“We had a great experience at Yummy Tummy. The interior may be a little bit uninspiring and divey, but the quality of the food and massive portions provide the main reason to visit. The pork souvlaki platter was easily big enough to feed two, with no up charge for a very flavourful Caesar salad. The owner/chef was quick and courteous, and I could see this being a very solid spot for a low-key dinner or night out with friends.“

“Very friendly husband and wife run, decent people, no drug problems, friendly atmosphere though night life there can be a tad loud, don't bring the kids past dinnertime, it being Parkdale it's tamer then alot of other Establishments that serve alcohol. ? I believe you can Celibate Birthday parties, etc.. just give them a heads up on your plans, they will try to accommodate you and yours! Prices are reasonable there's plaza parking limited, Salvation Army store next door just FYI! P.S. Owners do the serving, no waiters.

Parking: A few disabled spots, closest to the west side of lot. Not sure about unreasonable time periods not having a Vehicle I do know the area.

Wheelchair accessibility: Small lip at doorway but Lance has a piece of wood for entering, and most of the people are quite friendly and actually get the door for wheelchair etc....“
