I was surprised to see so many mediocre reviews, until I saw that the last one was before Covid. Unlike many restaurants I have visited, both before and after the pandemic, the food has got better! In fact the food has gone from average to very good. The goumet burger is excellent. So are the fries, although I usually have half and half salad and fries with a burger. Other items are also good. Fantastic neighborhood pub. One of the best. Outstanding food, friendly bar staff and great crowd. Really a perfect place for a cold beer in the summer or a scotch in the cold winter nights.

The place has been in that location for a long time so clearly they're doing something right. The service is attentive and friendly. The bar is spacious with a large upstairs and a considerable downstairs as well. I've been a couple of times and both times the bar was far from full, I think it's large size only adds to this empty feeling.
