I had a great time and was served by Farzy. She was an amazing host and made the experience so much better!! It was my first time and will definitely be coming back again.
Went there for lunch ( July 17) Food and service was good..however both washrooms had the doors wide opened and the floors were pretty discussing. Men's room was gross. Even to the point of being unsanitary, especially for a restaurant. Would expect those washroom conditions at an old gas station NOT at Swiss Chalet Not sure if I'll be returning again..
I had a great experience at Swiss Chalet Heartland! Farzy was our server for today and she helped us with all our questions! She was really kind and gave us a wonderful experience! 10/10
