“I had a mixed experience with this Subway location. Earlier this week (Wednesday), I ordered 2 footlongs online with a BOGO offer and picked them up in-store. That time, the sandwiches were prepared really well with proper filling, and I was happy.

However, yesterday I ordered 4 footlongs while I was about 10 minutes away. The order was ready when I arrived, but when I checked later, the sandwiches had noticeably less filling. Even while sitting in the car, I felt something was off, and after reaching home and opening them, it was clear that the veggies and overall filling were quite less.

This is not the first time this has happened. I had a similar experience at another branch earlier this month and had already left a review there.

What I’ve noticed is that when there are offers like BOGO, especially with online orders, the sandwiches sometimes seem underfilled. I’m not sure if that’s the reason, but the inconsistency is disappointing.

I hope the store maintains the same quality and portion size regardless of offers or order type.

Updated the rating to 3 star for quick response to feedback from the owner. However, portion size was quite less as I mentioned earlier. I have faced same less stuffing issue at another location too when the order is already prepared before I arrived.

I went again, placed same order, I was there in person. Got good quality and quantity. Special thanks to the girl staff. She is so polite. Good customer service. Highly appreciate responsiveness of the owner. So, updating the rating to 5 star.“

“Had a great experience at Subway on Steeles Ave in Milton. The restaurant was clean, the vegetables looked fresh, and my sandwich was prepared exactly as requested. The staff were friendly, efficient, and handled the order with care however the service was a little slow. Nevertheless, the overall experience was good. A reliable spot for a fresh and satisfying meal. Will definitely be back!“

“If you’re looking for a fresh and satisfying sandwich in Milton, Firehouse Subs on Santa Maria Blvd is definitely worth a visit! 🌯🥪 I ordered their veggie-only sub, and it was incredibly fresh, flavourful, and prepared with care. Every bite tasted great!

The restaurant is clean and well maintained, the staff are welcoming and provide excellent service, and there’s plenty of free parking, which makes the visit even more convenient. The seating area is decent and comfortable enough for a relaxed meal.

One suggestion that would make this place even better: adding halal meat options. I’m sure many people in the community would really appreciate it. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be back!“

“The young East Indian woman working was one of the politest servers I’ve ever had a Mr Sub restaurant. She made my sub exactly the way I wanted. She smiled, and made me feel like I was important to the business. A rare thing in some of these places now. Would recommend getting a sandwich there any time.“

“Had an awesome experience at this Mr. Sub location! I’ve been to quite a few Mr. Sub locations over the years, and this was only my second visit here. I ordered the assorted sub, and it was hands down one of the freshest and best-made sandwiches I’ve ever had. Everything was perfectly put together, loaded with fresh ingredients, and made with care.

I also noticed this location is much cleaner and more organized than it used to be. It honestly feels like the management has changed because the overall atmosphere is way better now. The place was spotless, hygienic, and very welcoming.

A big shoutout to the young lady working the afternoon shift. Even though it was super busy during the lunch rush, she stayed friendly, patient, and provided excellent customer service without missing a beat.
